DJ Gerald B

Chicago born and raised; Gerald moved to the Twin Cities in 2005.Gerald credits his parents for getting him into music.  They had a large record collection and shared their passion of music with their kids. Gerald went to a tech high school that had a radio curriculum. That is how he learned how to effectively use a turntable, Mixer, and how to cue music. About that time house music was taking over the underground music scene in Chicago and his parents records were soon put to good use. He started DJing and doing house parties all over the city. He has DJed for over 20 years!

Gerald is also a Navy vet and is regularly active with the VFW and helping homeless veterans. Gerald is a huge Movie buff, loves watching Chicago sports and spending time with his kids.

The best DJ ever! We had Gerald and he surpassed our expectations. From start to finish the process was seamless. They take into consideration not only the bride and grooms wants, but consider your crowd. It was so easy and I cannot thank Instant Request DJ enough!

Instant Request did a phenomenal job DJing our big day! The dance floor was never empty and Gerald knew exactly what songs we wanted played and how to keep the party going!
