DJ Marquis W

Marquis was born and raised in Minneapolis.  He has been producing, recording and mixing music since he was a kid. His passion of music led hi to discover and work with lots of audio software. Naturally he picked up DJing along he way and has been doing it for years.  After Highschool Marquis moved to Hollywood CA where he studied at Point Blank Music School and graduated with a Master Diploma in Music Production. While in CA he DJed and hosted many musical showcases and events. Currently Marquis spends him time in Minneapolis and LA . When not DJing, Marquis  runs an audio production studio, Six Twelve Productions. 

Marquis loves cooking for his family and kids, cheering for the LA Lakers, and traveling.  

 

Overall, a great experience, easy to book, and flexible. Very affordable and we even added karaoke for a reasonable price.  Our DJ  did an absolutely outstanding job – picked great songs, read our crowd well, and stuck to our playlist and online event planner! He was also super friendly and easy to work with. Lighting was great, and he even went above and beyond and announced tables for our buffet line.  All in all, I would go with Instant Request if we did it over again, and would highly recommend our DJ!
