The office staff was friendly, accommodating, timely and extremely helpful with e-mails and phone calls.  The online event planner software was very useful. It was really helpful in organizing the music for all the different parts of our day and the sample playlists were great. Our DJ, Jimmy, was great. He fit our style perfectly and completely listened to our likes and dislikes on the day-of, even when many people were requesting songs on our “do not play” list, which was much appreciated. What we liked best about Instant Request was our DJ. He was a perfect match for us and we enjoyed working with him. We also enjoyed the level of experience and professionalism at Instant Request in general. It made us feel like we were in good hands and it was one less area of our wedding to worry about. There was nothing we were disappointed in whatsoever. We thought Instant Request’s pricing was GREAT. We were initially meeting with another vendor who tried to tell us we needed double the lights that Instant Request said we needed to achieve the same effect. We felt like they were just trying to up-sell us and get us to spend as much as possible. We never felt that way working with Instant Request.

Instant Request is an excellent vendor that comes at a very reasonable price. We had our entire event in one location so we hired Instant Request to handle the music for everything: our wedding ceremony (pre-wedding music started at 4:30 pm), cocktail hour, dinner hour (including playing a DVD slideshow on a large screen), and the dance which went until 12:00 am. Before the wedding, they provide an online event planner that helps you to plan every aspect of the music for your event – from ceremony to first dance to whether you want the “Chicken Dance” played (no thanks :-). The planner also has every song on the planet to browse and listen to and there are suggestions provided as well. Jimmy B. was our DJ and he was awesome. We paid extra for the “black tie” service which included hand-picking our DJ and meeting him in person. Upon meeting Jimmy, we were put at complete ease because it was clear that he was competent and capable and had a wide range of knowledge regarding the different music genres. He not only looked like a professional DJ, he sounded like a real radio personality in his tone, inflection and confidence at the mic. We would without a doubt recommend Instant Request and DJ Jimmy B.

Jimmy B was awesome! We met him at FIVE Event Center during an open house, and we knew we wanted him as our DJ right away. He was great to work with and made sure to stick to my wife’s playlist. He was great reading the floor and playing songs to keep the dancing going. We received a lot of compliments. A few of the vendors we worked with asked who our DJ was going to be, and when we said Jimmy B, they immediately lit up and said how much they love working with him. So definitely a great person and absolutely worth the price.

The office staff was friendly, accommodating, timely and extremely helpful with e-mails and phone calls.  The online event planner software was very useful. It was really helpful in organizing the music for all the different parts of our day and the sample playlists were great. Our DJ, Jimmy, was great. He fit our style perfectly and completely listened to our likes and dislikes on the day-of, even when many people were requesting songs on our “do not play” list, which was much appreciated. What we liked best about Instant Request was our DJ. He was a perfect match for us and we enjoyed working with him. We also enjoyed the level of experience and professionalism at Instant Request in general. It made us feel like we were in good hands and it was one less area of our wedding to worry about. There was nothing we were disappointed in whatsoever. We thought Instant Request’s pricing was GREAT. We were initially meeting with another vendor who tried to tell us we needed double the lights that Instant Request said we needed to achieve the same effect. We felt like they were just trying to up-sell us and get us to spend as much as possible. We never felt that way working with Instant Request.

Instant Request is an excellent vendor that comes at a very reasonable price. We had our entire event in one location so we hired Instant Request to handle the music for everything: our wedding ceremony (pre-wedding music started at 4:30 pm), cocktail hour, dinner hour (including playing a DVD slideshow on a large screen), and the dance which went until 12:00 am. Before the wedding, they provide an online event planner that helps you to plan every aspect of the music for your event – from ceremony to first dance to whether you want the “Chicken Dance” played (no thanks :-). The planner also has every song on the planet to browse and listen to and there are suggestions provided as well. Jimmy B. was our DJ and he was awesome. We paid extra for the “black tie” service which included hand-picking our DJ and meeting him in person. Upon meeting Jimmy, we were put at complete ease because it was clear that he was competent and capable and had a wide range of knowledge regarding the different music genres. He not only looked like a professional DJ, he sounded like a real radio personality in his tone, inflection and confidence at the mic. We would without a doubt recommend Instant Request and DJ Jimmy B.

We went with the "black tie" option so we could choose our DJ. My sister is in the wedding industry and she recommended that we go with Jimmy B. He was incredible. He was a true professional and really easy-going. He listened to all our requests and made them happen. He was very responsive with emails. He also had an excellent feel for what songs to play and blended a few songs together (mash-up) style that made the music really stand-out/unique.

Our DJ was absolutely FANTASTIC! Charles made sure things ran smoothly and went through all the finer details thoroughly with us beforehand. We had a first-time officiant (friend) and he made sure to connect with him before the ceremony to make him feel comfortable. The music was the perfect mixture of old and new to keep people dancing all night. Thank you so much for making this process simple!

If you are looking for a DJ look no further. This was by far my best vendor. So organized professional reasonably priced and AMAZING! Jimmy B exceeded all expectations. We had so many guests compliment us and many asked for his information for their upcoming events. The entire night ran smoothly with Jimmy's lead. He was so personable and quick to read the crowd and select the best song choices. We can't say enough good things. Thank you Jimmy for an amazing dance party! Words fall short of expressing what a great job you did at the reception! Not only did you keep the party going on the dance floor but you were so organized and your calm attitude put both Dylan and I at ease. I booked Instant Request DJ Entertainment for my wedding this past July. Mitch was great to work with and was patient with all the questions I had before booking. We were luckily enough to be assigned with Jimmy B as our DJ. He was INCREDIBLE. I think I truly lived my best life out on the dance floor. It was packed the whole time and he did such a good job playing songs that everyone loved. I could not recommend him or Instant Request DJ more. Truly made my wedding the most it could have been!

We upgraded to the Black Tie DJ and got to meet Jimmy about 2 weeks before the wedding. It was great to get to know him and go through the entire wedding day in detail. We also upgraded our DJ booth to a white tufted booth last minute and we are so glad we did. Our dance floor was in the middle of our wedding and the booth made it look more elegant. We couldn't of asked for a better DJ. We danced the night away!
