We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding than DJ Eric! From start to finish, Eric was phenomenal. His professionalism and energy were evident from our initial consultation to the very last song of the night. Firstly, Eric’s attention to detail was impressive. During our consultation a few weeks before the wedding, he provided experienced insight and offered guidance where we asked. He took time to understand our music preferences, and he seamlessly blended our favorite tracks with crowd-pleasers, making sure there was something for everyone! He came early to set up and brought a top-notch sound system that provided clear audio throughout the venue. We didn’t have to worry about a thing because he was always on top of it. Eric handled transitions between different segments of the night seamlessly his enthusiasm was contagious which kept the dance floor packed the entire night! Instant Requests as a whole was wonderful to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or event. Their online wedding planner covers almost any detail that may be in question allowing for a smooth and seamless night!

We found Instant Request through our wedding planner and they were fantastic! Eric was the DJ for our wedding and he did a spectacular job. We met with him and Mitch in the office about three times prior to our wedding. Once before booking, once about six months out, and once about ten days before. He was very professional (and fun) and brought a world of knowledge of how to make the audio component of a wedding seamless. He knew all the intricacies of wedding day timelines, which made the day-of totally stress free. We loved working with Eric and would recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ/sound professional for a wedding or any kind of event.

We received so many recommendations from various wedding vendors and couples who had previously used Instant Request at their own weddings – and with our big day now in the past, it’s easy to see why! Instant Request was so professional and responsive to our needs – which was incredibly appreciated since our initial wedding date was during the wedding shutdown due to COVID in December of 2020. Matt actually reached out to us inquiring about our plans before we even communicated with him that we needed to postpone! Our date was quickly rescheduled without any issue or additional work for us – which was so helpful considering the stress of the postponement. We went with Eric as our DJ with the black-tie option. He genuinely took the time to get to know our personalities, music taste and vision for the event during our pre-wedding meeting. It was clear that he wanted to provide us with exactly what we had in mind! He was such a wonderful presence during our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception – and did a phenomenal job as our DJ! The dance floor was never empty, and he made sure the songs fit the preferences of ALL our guests! Thank you so much Instant Request and Eric for being such a positive part of our wedding day!

Eric was the best DJ we could've asked for. The song request interface was incredibly easy to use to build our playlist. Once we were paired with him, the rest of the process was so simple. He completely understood the vibe we were going for and made sure our guests were dancing throughout the night. Everyone was complimenting him throughout the night and he truly made our reception a night to remember.

Eric was incredible. We had a family friend sing during our ceremony who's used to professional rehearsals and staging and he totally bent over backwards to appease her needs. Just the right amount of guidance for guests throughout the night. Couldn't be happier with his work. Thanks!!

We booked Instant Request at the recommendation of a friend and are so happy that we did. It was extremely affordable, and we had so much fun using the planner to pick our music ahead of time. Instead of clinking glasses, we brought a putting mat and did a "hole-in-one" for our guests to get us to kiss at the suggestion of the planner and this was such a fun and interactive addition to our dinner. Eric did a fantastic job during our ceremony, social hour, dinner, and dance. We had a small guest list but our dance floor was still bumping thanks to his efforts. He helped to keep the night on track as far as the schedule and took that job off of the bride and groom's plate which was much appreciated. We would definitely recommend Eric and Instant Request to anyone!

I would highly recommend Instant Request and to upgrade to their black tie program! It is totally worth it because you are able to pick the DJ and meet with them a week or 2 before your wedding and discuss how you want your wedding music to go. Our DJ Eric was the best! He hit our ceremony music just how we wanted and was able to get EVERYONE one the dance floor at once following the start of the reception! You get to fill out a profile with all the information you are able to fit and even pick the songs you want to be played! They are great and do not disappoint!

We got Eric for our DJ/we chose him; wow, he was amazing, accommodating and professional. We met virtually before and he helped us through the whole day! He was so awesome, fun, and funny, we had people dancing as soon as it started until we were kicking people out! It was beyond a blast, and sooo many people complimented on how great Eric was. I would recommend Eric 20/10 times, no doubt at all. My husband and myself were so impressed with him. Also instant request was easy to work with, the online event planner made planning extremely easy, even for two indecisive people. We loved working  with Instant Request, and get Eric if you are able to!!

Eric was phenomenal! Very attentive, able to read the crowd, and keep the party going! He was well organized, on time and so approachable. What a great wedding we had thanks to Instant Request DJ Entertainment!

We have nothing but great things to say about Instant Request! Their communication was great, they provided lots of reminders (which was helpful with bride brain), they told us what was included in our package, and answered any questions we had. Our assigned DJ - Eric - was AMAZING! We chatted with him on the phone beforehand, and he was extremely helpful. He had a lot of great experience and was able to help us figure out any last minute final details. Eric crushed it the day of and went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly. Pretty sure there were tons of people on the dance floor all night as well!

Instant Request was great to work with! We were especially impressed with our DJ, Eric, who brought a ton of experience up front and was quick to respond via email and calls the final weeks of planning. He was quick to make suggestions and offer input when we found ourselves trying to weigh decisions, which was very much appreciated. Everything from the ceremony to evening entertainment, Eric helped put on a great show for our guests and knew how to control the crowd. Our wedding had a wide range of ages, so we especially appreciated Eric's attention to the mix of genres to cater everyone's music tastes while also reading the crowd. He was the perfect balance of engaging the party when needed, but also letting the music do the work. You can tell Eric has a ton of experience in this space which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind on our busy wedding day and was exactly what we pictured for the perfect DJ. 10/10, we would recommend him (or Instant Request DJ Entertainment & Lighting) for any event!

Instant Request was great to work with. They were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with from the beginning. I loved the portal that allowed us to create our own playlist and add in any song for big moments like first dance, grand entrance etc. A couple weeks before our wedding we were assigned Eric as our DJ. He understood our vision and executed all of the music throughout the day flawlessly. We had silent disco at our venue Pinewood at the end of the night and the dance floor was completely packed. His choice of music really filled the floor and was on of our favorite wedding memories.

Eric was the BEST! He was great to work with prior to the wedding and did an amazing job for the whole wedding (ceremony, social/dinner, and dance). He read the crowd perfectly and kept people dancing all night! Even with a smaller number of people due to COVID, and you could think it could get a bit lame towards the end, it did not, everyone had a BLAST and we danced right up to the last second!

Instant Request did an amazing job for our wedding! They were great at communicating the leading up to the day and we loved the online site to select music and provide details and preferences. We had Eric and he did a great job, was professional and outgoing. Our wedding was beautiful and perfect, and Eric was a great part of that helping everything go smoothly. We had Eric (Black Tie DJ) perform the DJ of our wedding on NYE. He was excellent. He has been DJ’ing for like 10+ years, and could read the crowd very well. We requested that he play the anniversary song for all the married couples. He did. We had a Google Hangout (video chat) before our wedding and discussed overall flow and discussed our wedding playlist profile that Instant Request has you make that has EVERY DETAIL embedded into. Overall, Eric was amazing. Music makes the wedding fun. Our dance floor was packed. Eric was worth way more than the amount that instant request charges. Would recommend Eric  to anyone who wants a DJ they can trust won’t play a “Dance Floor Killer” song as Eric described it. Super funny guy! Thanks again Eric!

Eric was the DJ for our wedding and we could not have been more impressed and happy with his work. We worked with DJ Eric for our wedding in February, 2018. Eric reviewed our online planner and scheduled a time to video chat with us a few weeks before the ceremony. He had great advice and tips for making our reception go as smoothly as possible. On the day of, Eric arrived early to set up and everything was taken care of. Eric exceeded our expectations. His professional yet laid back/relax style was perfect for our wedding. He was great at speaking when we needed him to and prepping the guests for dinner, dancing and everything between. He had a great playlist for the wedding and kept people on the dance floor all night! I’d highly recommend him to others.

After lots of consideration, we chose Instant Request for our wedding on June 4, 2016. I love music, but this was the most important part to my husband. We upgraded to the Black Tie DJ and chose DJ Eric, who also brought a trainee along with him…. I think people throught we were extra fancy because it looked like we had 2 DJs! We had our 1:1 with Eric and went through everything we expected for the ceremony and reception. He very professional and accommodated all of our requests! He made announcements as we needed and was a lot of fun with the music and guests. Everyone was out dancing and having a great time…we had people comment about how they’ve never seen so many people on the dance floor at a wedding! Great DJ service! Loved their wedding day music planner helped us organize everything and get on the same page as the DJ. DJ was great the day of the wedding helped with some last minute adjustments and kept everything flowing smoothly. Not to mention everyone loved the music! Highly recommend!
