DJ Sophie F

Born and raised in the Twin Cities, Sophie has always been surrounded by music. Inspired by her dad’s guitar playing, she picked up the bass at a young age and quickly discovered her passion for performing. Wanting music to play an even bigger role in her life, she dove into DJing as a way to share her love of music with others.

Her favorite musical memories come from the vibrant Minneapolis house scene, where the creativity and community inspired her as an artist. Outside of DJing, Sophie is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and works as with the UMN football team in Academic Support.

In her free time, Sophie enjoys playing bass, doing nails for friends, collecting CDs, working out, and exploring her creative side through ceramics. Fun fact: she’s also a dual citizen with Luxembourg!
