DJ Taiyler R

Originally from North Dakota, Taiyler made the move to Minnesota in search of a fresh start and a larger creative community. A lifelong music lover, she discovered a passion for DJing through music curation, spending the last few years crafting thoughtful mixes that tell a story and create meaningful connections. Her favorite music-related project to date was curating a personalized mix for someone close to her, highlighting her belief that music can be deeply personal and memorable.

Outside of DJing, Taiyler is a multidisciplinary artist with a background in art. She enjoys photography, videography, painting, drawing, sewing, and collage, and loves spending time outdoors, playing board games, and connecting with friends. One of her most memorable gigs was a wedding where the couple gifted every guest handmade soap—a small but heartfelt detail that perfectly captured the spirit of the celebration.

A fun fact about Taiyler is that she played clarinet in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Cork, Ireland, in 2019. When she’s not behind the decks or creating art, she’s usually spending time with her three pets—two cats and a gecko—or catching a great film. As she continues to grow within Minnesota’s music scene, Taiyler is excited to build community, explore the local nightlife, and bring thoughtfully curated sounds to every set.
