We had an initial video call with Mitch & knew immediately after talking to him that we were booking Instant Request. As a whole, the company was very communicative throughout the whole process & they have a great Event Tool to customize the music on your day. We even added our ceremony music to make it completely seamless! DJ Tom C was assigned to us and he was great - he completely understood the vibe we wanted and made the dances fun and engaging! If I was planning all over again - I would pick Instant Request EVERY TIME!!

Our DJ (Tom Coughlin) did a fantastic job and suited our needs. He was flexible, professional, and worked extremely hard through all of the heat and event set up. We cannot say enough about how great of a job he did! The sound system worked well for both our ceremony and reception, which exceeded our expectations since it was an outdoor wedding and we didn’t totally know what our day would entail. The lighting also helped create a fun dancing atmosphere. I like how Instant Request has a very reasonable rate and takes into account the customer’s wishes to match up a DJ that fits their needs. Not having to find our own DJ through other sites made it a lot easier on us for planning our wedding. We couldn’t even find any other service remotely in the same price range for how long our DJ provided his services and the quality was outstanding! Thank you so much for providing such a classy DJ for us and helping us with planning. This process went a lot smoother than we were expecting and can’t say enough about your service and Tom Coughlin as a DJ!

We were able to lay out the timeline of the day and create our own playlist so our DJ could get to know what we like to listen to. Any time I had a question with changing our wedding day due to Covid-19 they were more than happy to help and relieve any stress. Tom Coughlin was our assigned, Black Tie DJ and he was phenomenal. We told Tom we wanted a dance party and that's exactly what we got. He kept everyone out on the dance floor, read the crowd perfectly and stuck to our "do not play list." We had all age groups out on the dance floor all night! Tom was professional, easy to work with and super friendly. Highly recommend!!

We couldn't have better things to say about Instant Request particularly our DJ-DJ Charlie D. Charlie was amazing to work with. He was very responsive via e-mail prior to the wedding and kept the communication open through the entire process. He met us at a nearby restaurant prior to the wedding and was very helpful in assisting us structure our day - from the moment he was on the clock to the last song at the end of the night. He was very receptive to our ideas and had many other good suggestions from other experiences - plenty of great input on how to set our day perfectly. Instant Request had everything we could ever ask for and more! Even helped get SKOL chant goin! Instant request has a talented group of DJs. Their equipment and technology appears to be top of the line. Their website has a great catalog of songs and an event planner that helps organize everything from cocktail music to introductions to speeches to the do not play list and to the must play songs. The event planner really helped organize the timeline of events that follow the ceremony (or starting with the ceremony) and the process of beginning to paint the picture for our wedding day. We were told that any songs not in their library they should be able to add them provided there is a copy available on iTunes or YouTube. When the day finally came everything that we envisioned came to life and Charlie was a huge part of that! What is most important to Charlie was that whatever made us happiest - and he made sure to take care of whatever that was! We trusted him to keep the flow of the night exactly how we and the guests wanted it to be but if we wanted something he was there to deliver it for us. I couldn't be happier with Instant Request! If you are going with the black-tie option I would recommend you select DJ Charlie D 10 out of 10 times. Skol
