1. Quote Request Received! (You are here) We've got your details! Our team is excited to learn more about your event. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly (check your spam folder too!).
2. Detailed Quote & Contract (Within 48 Hours) Our team will prepare a comprehensive quote, including any additional services you requested, along with your contract. Keep an eye on your inbox!
3. View Contract & Make Deposit Once you receive your contract, review it and secure your date by making a deposit. This officially books your DJ!
4. Register for OEP & Plan Your Event Gain access to our Online Event Planner (OEP). Here you can customize playlists, timelines, and all the special details for your big day.
5. Finalize Other Services 3-4 Months In Advance If you're interested in uplighting, a custom DJ booth, or other enhancements, we'll finalize these details with you.
6. DJ Consultation & OEP Completion (Closer to Event) About 3 weeks before your event, you'll have a consultation with your assigned DJ. This is the time to finalize all details in your OEP and discuss your vision directly with your DJ.
7. Final Payment Due Your final payment is typically due a few weeks before your event. We'll send a reminder.
8. Let's Celebrate! Relax and enjoy your special day! Your DJ will handle the music and announcements, ensuring a memorable celebration.
