Your initial quote for our Staff DJ Package is $775.00, and a more detailed quote is in the works.

To make the process clear and exciting, here’s a little roadmap of what you can expect next:

Your Journey With Instant Request DJ:

1. Quote Request Received! (You are here)
   We've got your details! You'll also find a summary of your request below.
2. Detailed Quote & Contract (Within 48 Hours)
   Our team will prepare and email you a comprehensive quote. This will include pricing for any additional services you enquired about:
   • Ceremony Audio
   • Black Tie DJ Upgrade
   • LED Uplighting
   • Custom DJ Booth
   Your contract will also be included. Please keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder, just in case!).
3. View Contract & Make Deposit
   Once you receive the detailed quote and contract, take your time to review it. To officially book your date and DJ, you'll make a deposit as outlined in the contract.
4. Register for OEP (Online Event Planner) & Plan Your Event
   After booking, you'll get access to our exclusive Online Event Planner (OEP). This is your hub for customizing playlists, outlining your timeline, and noting all the special details that will make your event uniquely yours.
5. Finalize Other Services (Optional)
   If you decide to add any of our other fantastic services (like uplighting, a custom DJ booth, etc.), we’ll confirm these details with you.
6. DJ Consultation & OEP Completion (Closer to the Event)
   Approximately 3-4 weeks before your wedding, you’ll have a personal consultation with your matched DJ. This is a great opportunity to go over all the final details in your OEP and ensure your vision for the day is perfectly understood.
7. Final Payment Due
   Your final payment will be due a few weeks before your event. We’ll send you a friendly reminder.
8. Let's Celebrate!
   It's your big day! Relax, celebrate, and leave the music and entertainment to us. We'll be there to make sure everything runs smoothly and your guests have an amazing time.
