Anthony did an amazing job! He did a better job than we could have hoped for! He got the guests excited to dance and kept the party going! Going with the black tie option and being able to meet him before our wedding was the perfect way to go! We go to chat with him beforehand and we all made sure we were on the same page! I would recommend him to anyone!

Instant Request was extremely organized and diligent with how they communicated with us their online reception planner was the perfect way for me to give them all the information they needed to make our wedding night perfect! I love how they set us up with a DJ that best suited our wedding atmosphere and LOVED that we were able to create our own music playlist. Our DJ did an excellent job with running the reception and was great about any last minute changes we had leading up to the wedding.

We loved working with Instant Request! Their event planning tool was incredibly helpful, and we had a great experience from start to finish. In particular, our DJ Dimitrius was AMAZING! He was highly organized, flexible, communicative on the back side while also being so personable, perceptive, and energetic while DJing. We wanted to have the dance floor packed from start to finish and Dimitrius and his skill of reading the room correctly made that a reality. We got SO many compliments on our DJ for the night and heard about how much fun people had. Thank you, Dimitrius!

We had Theo as our DJ at our wedding reception. He was absolutely fantastic! He really took all of our ideas and requests and put his own spin on them. We loved how he kept in touch with us throughout the night to keep the party on track, and there was never a moment where there weren’t people on the dance floor. Theo did a great job of incorporating all the elements you need into a dance, interspersing slow songs into the fast sets at just the right time. I loved working with the online planner that instant request uses before the big day, it really helped to get ideas going and to organize all of the pieces of our reception. We would highly recommend this service to anyone else in the Twin Cities area!

We were assigned DJ Garrett for our wedding. He did an amazing job! Very good at reading the room and playing songs to keep people out on the dance floor. The dance floor was full until the late night pizza came out, then people got right back out there. Also the company in general was very easy to work with and did a great job explaining what to expect.

Instant Request was great! Both my husband and I loved that we were able to completely customize everything online and our DJ Anand did an awesome job! We chose them because we both loved that we were able to completely customize our playlist and their website planner was so easy to use! Before booking, we met with Mitch and were so impressed and excited with his enthusiasm. We were assigned our DJ, Anand, three weeks prior to the wedding and were even able to chat before to review all of the details. He was great – we couldn’t have asked for a better DJ experience! So happy we chose to work with Instant Request for our big day!

Our DJ was Sergio. He was great at reading the crowd and making sure everyone was having fun! He was understanding, and very professional!

Domonick was the best DJ we could have ever hoped for. He was a perfect fit for our style and we would highly recommend him to any and all of our friends. We thought that the price was a great value. One of our main sticking points was to have an incredible reception and DJ that could take care of our guests and keep the party going. Domonick went above and beyond, making sure that all of the people giving toasts knew exactly how to work the mic. Jessica and I would like to thank Instant Request for making our wedding night the most incredible night we could have asked for.

Tommy was the DJ for my daughters wedding and He is OUTSTANDING. Everyone loved him and ‘cut the rug’. He had every guest on the dance floor from young to old! He is reliable, respectful, and helped organize the night.  He was reserved when the dancefloor was packed and let our families dance and enjoy the night. We liked that about him.  DJ Tommy is the BEST! Thank you so much! 

InstantRequest had a detailed intake form and portal that helped shape our event’s music needs. The staff that we interacted with at all stages (initial booking to day-of DJ) were courteous, professional and willing to help. We had a portion of the event that required projecting a movie clip on our projector, and they were thorough about making sure our equipment worked seamlessly with theirs. Our day-of DJ, Josh P, also made sure our requests (announcements, songs, etc) were met. One suggestion I’d have is that InstantRequest offer more musical genres for cocktail hour (we opted to use our own Spotify playlist for cocktail hour). Though they are more than willing to source any songs not currently in their library for the reception (they also have a fairly extensive library of songs for the reception), their preset cocktail hour playlists lacked the categories we would’ve wanted.

We were really impressed with Xavier! He did a great job leading up to the wedding and the entire night at the reception! The dance floor was packed the whole night, which we loved. We had multiple people come up to us to tell us how much they loved the DJ. Before the wedding, he confirmed the plan over the phone and followed up with any outstanding questions. Xavier was very professional in balancing any requests from our guests which didn’t perfectly align with what the groom and I had in mind. We were a little concerned when initially booking with Instant Request since we did not have a DJ assigned until 3 weeks in advance of our wedding but we were very happy with the online planning tool and our DJ!                                                                                     

Kalli K did an amazing job-would definitely recommend instant request to anyone getting married. She observed the room and played music accordingly. She was great energy and sang the words to most of the songs!!

My wife and I had our wedding in early October at Nicollet Island. Our DJ was the highlight of the night and kept the folks dancing all night. Highly recommend.

Henry was the DJ for our wedding a few weeks ago and I cannot say enough good things about our experience! From the ceremony to our cocktail hour to the dance during the reception everything was perfect. Henry was kind easy to work with and fun!

Fantastic DJ service. They're large and established enough that the process of booking and planning is easy stress-free and even enjoyable. I planned my Minneapolis wedding from afar and Instant Request made it all a breeze. We had a great DJ with Rick A--he was super fun and really knew what he was doing. Wouldn't change a thing!

We had such a great time with Instant Request at our wedding. We danced all night and our guests said they had not danced that much at a wedding in a long time. They played a variety of music and changed it up for everyone to enjoy!

Our DJ Randy with Instant Request DJ Entertainment was all we could have asked for in a DJ. He was clear in his communication prior to our wedding and helpful in setting up the night with songs expectations first dances and the grand March. He was good with adapting to changes in the night on the fly and had a good pulse on the group for music. He was all around great!

We worked with DJ Sam for our wedding and he was absolutely wonderful! He was very knowledgeable answered all the questions I had was very helpful through the whole process of making sure everything was ready for our wedding day. We had some timeline issues that day and he was so understanding and helpful through all of it and made it such an amazing time! We had a private last dance and he left the room without us even knowing so we could have to moment to ourselves. It was so nice he was absolutely incredible and I highly recommend him!! I barely write reviews but just had to say that Instant Request killed it on our big day! Worked with us through the rain and kept the party going and knew how to read the room for our wedding.

Instant Request was absolutely amazing. So glad we went with them for our big day Joey T absolutely killed it and kept our dance floor going for hours. The ceremony music was flawlessly done and all around we had the best time on our wedding day because of how hype our dj was and involved. If you have the option to choose Joey T is your guy. Give that man a raise cause he was raising the roof five plus hours at our wedding. 10 out of 10 recommend this company for any event you may be planning.
