DJ Rick A was hands down the BEST!!! he was so fun & energetic and played bangers back-to-back-to-back x 10 to where the dance floor was NEVER empty (and we didn’t really have a dancing crowd). we had the twilight baseball scene as the grand entrance and he HYPED everyone up for it. towards the end of the night, we got caught up talking to guests so he was packing up, but he made sure we got our last solo dance 🥹 also my sister was taking photos of everyone so i wanted to share one of Rick 🙂

We had the absolute BEST experience with Instant Request DJ from beginning to end. The process of hiring them was simple and their communication was fast and informative. I would 100% recommend them to anyone getting married in Minnesota, our DJ was Hannah and she was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! Our dance floor still had 30 people on it at the end of the night and the party kept going long after the wedding ended and the music and ambiance Instant Request DJ and Hannah provided were a big part of our wedding being such a blast.

Jimmy B was the DJ at our wedding and he was great! Instant Request was easy to work with, they had fast response times and listened to all of our wants and needs. I would highly recommend working with them 🙂

Our DJ was AMAZING!! A true professional! Clearly not his first rodeo. The dance floor was never empty and he handled every special request (even the occasional curveball) like he saw it coming, anticipated it, and was prepared. Prompt...professional...poised. You can worry about a million things at an event. The DJ wasn't one of them. He gave us peace of mind...and one helluva party! Jimmy was our DJ for our wedding reception and he was nothing short of amazing. 🙌🏼 Thank you Jimmy for bringing the party and giving our guests such a great time!!!

We had DJ Kalli K for our event and she was absolutely fantastic! She played every one of our must-play songs and kept the dance floor full all night—exactly what we were hoping for. Early on, we had lots of kids dancing, and she mixed in the perfect variety of music to keep all ages engaged. What really set her apart was her energy. She was dancing behind the DJ booth the whole time, which kept the vibe high and everyone excited. You could tell she genuinely loves what she does. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ. Highly recommend Kalli K!

Everyone we corresponded with was friendly and helpful. We were probably not the easiest wedding due to having multiple events, but our DJ, Rick, did a great job and was very flexible with us.

We had the honor of working with DJ Jimmy for our wedding, and he was absolutely incredible! He read the crowd perfectly, kept the dance floor full the entire night, and created such a fun and memorable atmosphere. Our guests loved the music and have been so complimentary of Jimmy! Leading up to the wedding, Jimmy made himself available to answer questions and run through the day of timeline, which took the stress off of us and we are so appreciative. I really enjoyed working with Instant Request for my wedding. Our DJ, Chad, was phenomenal and the service was very affordable. They offer lots of options for you to personalize your experience and Instant Request’s questionnaire was thorough and it allows you to make sure your event is just how you want it to be. Their system for pairing you up with your DJ worked really well for us, and we couldn’t be happier with our assigned DJ. Communication with Instant Request’s was a breeze. My husband and I were highly satisfied with their service.

Great communication & experience! Their platform allows you to select songs for a playlist and songs associated with your event. DJ Tevin crushed it and the dance floor was full all night long.

We had an amazing experience with our wedding DJ, Andrew! He used all the playlists we curated for each part of the day and blended everything together seamlessly. During the reception, he read the room perfectly and adjusted the dance playlist based on what our guests were loving or requesting, which kept the dance floor full all night. We had such a great time and couldn’t have asked for a better DJ. Highly recommend!

DJ Jimmy was the DJ for our wedding and we are SO happy we hired him. Prior to the wedding, he met with us, answered any questions we had, and was so intentional and responsive to what we wanted for the dance. Our wedding included different ethnic songs, and it was easy to collaborate on what would be best for the flow of the dance. Outside of his great song selections, the one thing we appreciated most was that we could trust him. We did not have to "worry" about the flow, the songs that would be played, etc. (on the day of) because we truly trusted him to use his God-given talent to engage the guests and have a successful dance. It felt so reassuring to go into the wedding day with that trust! I would hire DJ Jimmy for any event where you want to get the guests up, moving, and dancing.

We used Instant Request for our wedding October 24, 2025 and had the absolute BEST experience with them. Communication was quick and attentive. The event planner they provided to assist with music choices and event flow was super user friendly and made the process so easy. It was very organized and laid everything out for us from ceremony music to open dance floor. Jimmy B was our assigned DJ and he was so FANTASIC!! I seriously cannot say enough good things about him! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and definitely knows how to keep the dance floor full. For our grand entrance, our wedding party came in to Bring 'em Out and then performed the Vikings Skol Chant before we entered to the NFL theme song and Jimmy pulled this transition off flawlessly. Our wedding surpassed our highest hopes and our DJ, Xavier was a big reason for it. He absolutely nailed everything including the sound system, music selections, and helping us find a natural flow through the night. Many times our guests came up to us during the dancing and said “Your DJ can’t miss!” Our other vendors even passed along appreciation for his proactive communication and professionalism.
