If I could vote 4.5 stars I would have. We had Alexander Weaver and everything was great. The only issue we had was some popping feedback during the speech he wasn't able to resolve. Other than that Alex did exactly everything we asked of him. He was very easy to work with and responded quickly to all emails which I appreciated. We also had a second DJ with equipment for the offsite ceremony and once again everything about it was perfect. No technical challenges the volume was perfect. Everything went smoothly. The online planner was a great touch. I wish a few things could be customized but we just communicated those items to Alex and all was good.
I want you to know that I really believe Instant Request is the best. I have been in catering for many years and have seen lots of DJ companies in my day not follow through with perfection to the end. I appreciate never having to worry about Instant Request. It makes my job easy.
